What We Do

Aman Institute for Vocational Training (AMANTECH) is a section 42 organization incorporated in Pakistan under SECP. It’s an independent organization with a Board of Directors inducted in 2019 and one of the most qualified faculty in TVET sector

Our Core Services

TECHNICAL TRAINING

The technical training includes a balanced mix of theory (30%) and Simulation-Based Learning (70%). Industrial visits are conducted on a regular basis to provide students with as much real time industrial experience as possible.

Corporate Training

These training’s are customized as per the needs of your organization, and are offered on-site and off-site as well. Separate training for soft skills is also offered to organizations looking to train their workforce in personal grooming, interpersonal communication and team work.

SOFT SKILLS TRAINING

The objective of AMANTECH is to create a skilled workforce aligned with current industry requirements. The program includes short vocational skills courses and soft skills training.

    Our Board Of Directors

    Ali Faraz Siddiqui

    CEO

    Mr. Ali Faraz Siddiqui is the Chief Executive Officer of the Aman Institute for Vocational Training.

    Ali Faraz brings over 15 years of local and international experience in the private sector, including experience in leading key operational projects.

    Shazina Masud

    Shazina Masud is the CEO of the Aman Health Care Services. She brings over 20 years of experience in private sector marketing and sales, including experience in social marketing and franchising of reproductive health products and services. Since March 2018, Shazina has joined as an Executive Director with Aman Health.

    Syed Zaid Bin Rashid

    Zaid brings insights from multiple sectors – financial services, industrial chemicals, IT services, agriculture, retail, automobile, corporate sustainability, nonprofits – and across diverse roles in strategy, sales, business development, operations, product development and project management.

    Shamsuddin Shaikh

    Mr. Shaikh is a Mechanical Engineer by profession. He has an extensive career of more than 30 years in manufacturing, sales, supply chain & Large Scale Mining at different levels and subsidiaries of Engro. He single- mindedly and with great humility turned Pakistan’s Thar Coal into a reality.

    City & Guilds, Lion Awards 2017

    AMANTECH received the International Center of the year award 2017 in a ceremony held in Srilanka by City & Guilds, UK. This award recognized Aman Tech for its qualified faculty, alignment with industry needs as well as efficient operations.

    SCO 2017

    Senior welding instructor, Mr. Ramzan Bhatti secured a bronze medal in the SCO workers skills contest held China. This included a number of different nationalities in Shanghai Corporation Organizations.

    Centre of Excellence Award 2017, NAVTTC

    AMANTECH received NAVTTC’s Center of Excellence Award in a ceremony held at the Governor House Karachi on 14th May 2016. The award was presented by the former President of Pakistan, Mr. Mamnoon Hussain.

    DICE Youth Innovative Event 2017

    AMANTECH students participated in the DICE Youth Innovation held at the Expo Center Karachi in December 2017. Our student project of Home Automation Android Phone Controlled Home Appliances secured 3rd position in the event.
